4.1)Process description of gold ingot casting system:
The gold beads are manually weighed and placed in storage warehouses (8 storage devices). The storage devices automatically feed the gold beads into graphite molds. Vacuum heating and melting melt the gold beads into liquid gold. Vacuum crystallization molding is carried out. Gas protection cooling molds are used to push out the molds. The molds are automatically covered and the finished gold ingots are picked up by a robotic arm..
4.2)Process description for gold ingot cleaning, appearance scanning, coding, logo stamping, weighing, and palletizing system:
The finished gold ingots are transported to the cleaning station by a robotic arm - surface cleaning - the robotic arm sends the gold ingots to the drying device - drying is completed and the appearance is scanned - qualified products enter the pneumatic marking coding (or laser marking) - marking is completed and stamped LOGO - gold ingot weighing - gold ingot stacking, qualified products are transported to the pallet (unqualified products are picked up by the robotic arm and placed in the unqualified product station.
